6.22.2012

I am going to make a painting of the Grand Teton Mountains next. Here is my quick sketch.

6.29.2012

I started painting the mountains and trees at the top today. This is a 6 foot tall painting so it is going to be a fun challenge.

7.02.2012

I started painting the shapes around the waterfalls today!

7.03.2012

Filling in the shapes more today and also the rock in the foreground too.

7.03.2012

Went back out and tried to paint some more today. I filled in the top right corner... but then decided it's too hot to paint anymore!

7.04.2012 >>> Happy birthday USA! :)

I started painting the trees at the bottom today!

7.05.2012

I painted more trees at the bottom of the painting.

7.06.2012

I lightened up the greens on the bottom and added more trees.

7.09.2012

I added more light green near the bottom trees. I also started painting the white snow.

7.10.2012

I added clouds and started working on the details on the mountains and rocks.
