Today I started this painting of a vase. I am going to donate the finished product to a silent auction at my church to help raise money for missions. The auction will be on July 13th. Email me for more info. I better get back to work. Peace out. Amy

I love Sundays. They are the best day of the week and a great day to paint. I am starting to get excited about this painting. Happy section of the day is the top part of the vase- It is starting to really look like glass.
The leaves are frustrating me a little bit. There has to be at least one major challenge in every painting. These leaves have made me decide to take a rest from up-close foliage for a while.
